How to Boost your Metabolism and burn fat easily!!!





This time of year a lot of woman try to lose weight and get their dream body! This is why I decided to do a little research and find a way to help you reach your goal, lose weight and gain confidence! I finally found a very easy and cheap way to boost your metabolism and lose fat. The only thing you have to do is to prepare and drink a juice every day before your lunch. This is Shakira's favorite juice when she needs to lose weight and we have to admit that it does make miracles! And the best, it's totally NATURAL!!!So, let's get started...



What we need:
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber 
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 leaves basil or mint
  • 1 tea spoon sugar
  • 1 tea spoon salt and a little pepper


How often do we have to drink it?
  • We can drink this juice every day before our lunch, so we boost our metabolism, we gain all that vitamins and this juice help our body burn all the fat from our lunch.
